J Lounsbury Photography is a family effort that was developed after Joey was asked to do his first formal photo show.
The show prompted Joey to select his best work for display and sale at Wild Birds Unlimited in Brookfield, Connecticut. The large space located behind the sales desk was quickly filled with a variety of Joey's amazing captures. The display presented many species of birds including Ospreys, Red-tailed Hawks, Cedar Waxwings, Mute Swans with Cygnets, and Hummingbirds. Joey's collection is also diversified with Butterflies, Bumble Bees, and an incredible capture of a pink rose covered with water droplets following a warm summers rain.
The prints were matted and custom framed at the J Lounsbury Photography production studio. A selection of non framed work was also available for those wishing to use their own frames.
